Overview
This flagship project supports the implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy (DTS) for Africa 2020-2030 at continental level. It does so by:
- establishing conducive regulations promoting regional convergence for affordable, secure, reliable and high-speed connectivity infrastructure and services
- supporting harmonised broadband mapping systems in sub-Saharan Africa
